The accuracy and functionality of the device is really reliable, especially for the price. I will say that the manual is not that good, especially with the counting function. I figured out the counting function, and it took a few small steps beyond what is described. It works, it's repeatable and it's accurate. Below is what I wrote and taped to the metal top of the scale. Instructions for setting the "counter function". Select sampling "10/25/independent" 4) Place 10/25/independent pieces in tray 5) Press "on/off" TWICE, pausing briefly between each time Approximately 1 second or so , maybe tick less, don't press twice 6 ) You are now in counting mode • The display will show 0.10 / 0.25 / 0 no matter what number of pieces • Above is set based on 10 / 25 / any number of to count pieces.
