We are HUGE Perler fans. This is definitely not for young people. The pattern is not life size and the panel is not transparent. Only one board is included, so you have to stuff, iron, fill, iron 9 full rounds. Super disappointing. It definitely needs an adult and a hot glue gun to assemble, and the included pole is too thick. Instead, I used a straw to stir the coffee. My kid couldn't handle it - gave up halfway at point 2 on the table. I ended it. phew A full size template and some clear panels would have made it much better. If you're looking for a kid-friendly but bigger Christmas option, try the wreath project. It's a great format and very affordable.
