The guide is pretty good but even after reading it can be difficult to figure out what to do so I made this video hope it helps! Once you set it up, it works pretty well and is easy to use. Also note that it turns off if you haven't been in the app for a while. So you can't just leave it for a whole day without logging in. And the app must be open in the background.
