makes you stink Resets your balance PH

Let me start by saying that I've tried almost every self-tanner. I've always struggled with orange and/or inconsistent colors. I've tried Mystic Tanning, which I found fairly acceptable, and self-tanning, which is done by salon professionals. I have found that a spray tan is by far the most realistic tan. But the price was crazy and I couldn't afford to keep it up. I saw that the salon I was planning to go to used this brand - Norvell Amber Sun Dark - and decided to buy it for myself. My husband uses this solution in his air compressor (nothing fancy. Just a regular compressor) - there are tons of videos on YouTube on how to properly tan using this method. I LOVE this grout - it's bronzed and doesn't look orange or brassy at all. It smells like it, but not bad. Smells like sunscreen. I love that it includes a bronzer because you can see where it's going and make sure it's even. To be honest, I can't imagine using a non-bronze solution - I've tried it before and felt like I was working blindly; guess if it was consistent - and the next day after it's fully developed it's too late to fix it. I highly recommend this product. I have very light skin and the dark solution is perfect for me. I usually do 2 full passes and then we come back to see if we need to "tweak" anywhere. They'll turn brown instantly, so you can see where to apply more. As with all self-tanners, peeling helps first. I always put it on the night before (feels a bit 'sticky' for a couple of hours afterwards) and the next morning in the shower I can wash off the excess bronzer and the tan stays perfect. It's definitely on the dark side, but very realistic. I got so many compliments on it. I also like the "Venetian" formula, but this one is my favorite. By day 4 I see some fading in areas but this is still normal. Day 5, I just exfoliate really well to even it out as much as possible and then reapply. It keeps my tan going. That whole bottle costs 1 self tanner in my area. I would say I get about 8 spray tans from this bottle and I apply it fairly generously. This product is highly recommended!
