This laptop honestly looked better until I opened it up. Fan? Always activated. temperatures? Hot. Speaker? Peak volume 70%. SSD speed? Slow. Wireless Internet access? Slow. viewing angle? Do not worry. The fact that this laptop had an April 2018 version of Windows is unacceptable, but other than that, this product doesn't help. This is the only laptop I've ever owned and it took me 2 hours to click the "Back to Revain" button. The screen was perhaps the worst, it literally had no viewing angles. If I move it too far to one side, the top part is unreadable, and if I move it too far to the other side, the bottom part is unreadable. Not even software solutions could help - to be honest - a TERRIBLE panel. Also, this thing runs Windows S out of the box. Nobody thought to add this to the description? Of course, this is an easy fix, but at least be honest about what system you have. Speaking of which system is that, why is it so damn slow? My version had an SSD and 12GB of RAM — almost the same specs as my current laptop — and it was still slower than a three-year-old PC. Downloads were sluggish, what if it takes too long? Oh god, the fans are RUNNING. I thought this thing was about to fly off my bed! Why are the vents on the bottom?! Don't buy this. save your money
