This is the best showerhead I have found for a good shower without overspray. The pressure is good and the 90 jets offer full coverage with a large flow of water. However, if you want an "energetic" shower, keep looking. This shower head does not provide high pressure massage. Here are some important points: 1) The water jet corresponds to the diameter of the head. There is no cone shape. 2) There are multiple levels of water flow depending on how you set it up. The o-ring can be removed from the flow restrictor, or the entire flow restrictor can be removed. The filter screen can also be removed with minor modification. I found a good "feel" with the strainer in place and the flow restrictor removed, but tried several options before settling on this option. In areas with higher water pressure, removing the O-ring may be sufficient. 3) This shower head doesn't mix air, doesn't create bigger water droplets, etc. It just spouts out a lot of water that stays on the body instead of splashing all over the place.
