Review on Dorado Contour Built Support Adjustable by Janet Scollins

I hate to give a bad review but in this case it's justified. Firstly, one of the wheels was broken upon delivery. The rollers on this thing are the cheapest plastic parts imaginable. I have emailed "parts@officestar.net" for a replacement but have not received a response yet. Second, there is a label on the side of the chair that reads "200 lb weight limit." Am I missing that somewhere in the description? This makes this chair unsuitable for many unsuspecting people. Third, this chair is very uncomfortable. The seat shell is extremely stiff with very little damping. My tailbone hurts after a short time in it. On the plus side, this is a nice chair.
