Good design good in terms of comfort

I've been looking for a decent work chair to work from home but couldn't find one with a decent design AND a high level of comfort so I got it If you get into it, you know it won't be that comfortable, although the design is great. The seat has little to no support/padding which makes sitting very difficult. It's easy to fix if you just buy a chair pad, so it works for me. Also very easy to assemble: seat + stand + wheels. Took me literally 2 minutes to assemble.

Not very comfortable

I've been using these chairs for 3 days now so I think I'm ready to review this product. Right after unpacking I noticed that the material it is made of is not that good, it had some stains but nothing major. My main issue with this chair is that it is not padded. There is a metal bar on the back of the chair that makes it so uncomfortable that I feel it on my back all the time while I'm sitting. In addition, the seat cushion is very thin. Overall this is a nice chair and I would be happy with…

Disappointing and uncomfortable

I hate to give a bad review but in this case it's justified. Firstly, one of the wheels was broken upon delivery. The rollers on this thing are the cheapest plastic parts imaginable. I have emailed "parts@officestar.net" for a replacement but have not received a response yet. Second, there is a label on the side of the chair that reads "200 lb weight limit." Am I missing that somewhere in the description? This makes this chair unsuitable for many unsuspecting people. Third, this chair is very…

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Attractive, strong and easy to assemble

The chair looks fantastic although I thought it was ribbed rather than smooth. Feels solid enough. Looks and feels much more expensive. Easy to assemble (the hardest part was figuring out how to attach the wheels, but even that is easy - you just have to press pretty hard). Other reviewers have commented on the hard seat - and they're right. It's ok if you don't have to sit in it all day. Great for a home office with occasional use, but I wouldn't be happy if this was my all day office chair…

Pros
  • Keeping my Fists
Cons
  • Very expensive

Terrible Seller and Defective Chairs

Terrible Seller and Defective Chairs, Do Not Buy! I bought 4 of these chairs and ALL started to seep rust into the metal areas of the front and back of the backrest. So if you look at the rear support chairs (front and back) they have metal bars that go to the end of the deck and there are big patches of rust front and back. The chair also has other discolorations and the glue on the edges of the seat is coming off. I tried to contact the seller and they didn't take care of the issue. You…
