Looks great, works as advertised. Well packaged and arrived undamaged. Installed on a 2008 Dodge Ram. Notes of my setup after watching the video. It is not necessary to completely remove the door panels. Remove the 4 Phillips head screws securing the door panel and lift slightly to access the mirror power connector and 3 nuts (10mm cut out and prevent the mirror from falling off). Use a regular screwdriver to pry the tabs on the connector and wiggle to remove the mirror. Transferring bolts from factory mirrors to new mirrors. A head with a depth of 14 mm is taken. The rivets that came with the new mirror seemed too long to me, but I didn't try them. No questions.
