I bought 2 pairs at a time. One is all black and the other is navy blue with a white sole. All black shoes fit perfectly. Just tight enough to be comfortable so they won't fall off. Very good shoes. Conveniently right out of the box. The navy blue pair is the same size but feels very flexible when you wake up. My heel goes up. More than full rear toe room. At least half the size is too big a feeling. I don't think I'll wear them outside the house and I'll relegate them to slippers. I think that's why other reviews are so mixed on sizing suggestions: people either say size up/down or exact size. Overall, the shoes are very comfortable, but since you're buying online, you don't have the option of trying on multiple pairs to find the perfect fit.
