I was so excited about this toy. I gave it to my daughter for her birthday. It was so great and she just loved it. With its many functions and cuddle mode, it quickly became her favorite toy. But then, after a few games with him, he stopped working. The trunk stopped moving and didn't work like it used to. Exchanged, got new ones today. The toy's packaging was sealed with tape and looked like it had been returned. When I put the batteries in, the trunk didn't move and the toy didn't work properly. It really was so cute when it worked (the first one). I'm excited about this toy. Luckily Amazon's customer service is great and they let me return both for a full exchange. I'm sorry about this toy. Had it continued to work properly I would have given it a fantastic rating because it was very cool for the short time it worked.
