I think you shouldn't keep too many IFAKs in different places: at home, in the car, in the office, in your personal travel bag, with friends, with your parents. These are cheap, basic kits that can keep you and others alive long enough to provide real assistance. Full first aid kits are not always required in urban areas, just stop the bleeding as professional help is usually quick in urban areas.
