Like the smaller size.
I'm a big fan of Klipsch in-ear headphones. They sound good, they're easy to control and they're inexpensive so I don't have to worry about anything. What I didn't always like was the width of the case. These solve this problem. I can easily wear them with ear defenders/headphones with no discomfort. My only complaint is the flat cable. It transmits shirt rubbing noise better than traditional cords. This is a problem I have with all flat cable in-ear headphones and it's not unique to them. not the same) I suggested he try it. He wasn't a fan. He felt they lacked warmth.
