These baskets are fantastic. Each of our 4 children got bikes for Christmas and we thought it would be the perfect complement to their new bikes. you were! We were visiting my mom at the farm at the time and she sent the kids off to collect the eggs, so they decided to bring their bikes and baskets to get a few dozen eggs. Everything seemed to be going well as all 4 kids had about 3 dozen eggs. the elder in front didn't see a huge rock directly in front of him and collided head-on. As is well known, where no child is paying attention, three more do. One by one, you-you-you, each crashed into the cyclist in front of them. The yolks and clams were flying all over the place, the kids were crying and blaming each other, and I still can't get goosebumps out of the mesh in the baskets, which makes them almost capable of holding liquid. Worst of all, my mother couldn't fulfill the entire order for her customer and lost him as a customer. Christmas was a lot more expensive than we originally anticipated, especially with the emergency room visits.
