One day wearing these glasses at work has greatly reduced the mild headaches caused by blue neon light at my workplace. They are good for night driving but not as good as darker yellow lenses. The frames themselves are light and feel very stiff, so they will take time to break in. My main gripe with these blue light goggles is that the side windows are tinted dark gray and blur my peripheral vision. However, it may not be bad for migraine sufferers. They don't affect my sleep quality, but they improve my ability to work under fluorescent lights.
