Pretty easy to install took about 1.5 hours. The hardest part for me was removing the grille on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Special Edition. I broke 3 of the 4 bottom clips. After taking it off, I realized that I had to unclip the top first, and then pull the bottom. You need to drill something, the holes are already there, you just need to make them bigger. Do yourself a favor and just go to the store and buy a new 7/16 bit before you start. Fits well and is fairly unobtrusive, most people won't even notice the difference in the Jeep's looks.
