Works great and the gasket supplied is a nice improvement over the original part. Warning: THOROUGHLY clean the back of the cast bracket where the screws protrude and smear it with penetrating oil to avoid shearing the screw like I did. If you REALLY cut it, don't worry, find someone who can drill out this sucker like I did and clean the threads with a proper tap. I tried using a bolt puller but it only pulled out about half of the rod because the bottom of the bolt was pinched. You MUST drill right down the center when going this route or you will need to increase the thread size.
