I have bought front and rear brakes and calipers while I only do the rear ones and will only return them the rotors and pads, the reason is that they scratch or make a whistling noise I'd say Autozone parts didn't make any noise, but they were rubbish and rusted pretty quickly too. Someone else complained about the same issue and had to take it down. It's not coming from the heat shield when I pulled off by manually spinning the wheel and it's the same noise on both tires. I'll buy it in Napa, check the noise and complete the review. One star for wasting my time, the brakes stop efficiently but I don't drive like my car is falling apart. 1 day to hack and test them. And judging by the pictures shown, I made a line through the pads on the right, everything was clean when I installed them. Update After speaking to their tech support (an unsuspecting kid who answered the phone) I was told that my noise was coming from the pad mount. what could be moving so it's rubbing now I explained to him that they are in place and have not moved. Long story short he told me I would need new brake pads and brackets due to rotor damage and emailed customer service that I have spoken to a tech and need the following. It was Monday, today is Friday, no email. I just got an automated email from them saying the information has been received and someone will reply to me. Bought some ultra premium brakes in Napu and paid $390 ($100 more than a power stop) for all the pads and rotors and guess what the power stop doesn't do well and they are still made in China. I kept the calipers as they are refurbished OEM painted parts.
