This has been a wonderful partnership. Working with Leanne has been great! She has been super responsive and helpful every step of the way. She has kept us updated and provided valuable insights and suggestions along the way. We have had great success with her expertise in calling analytics and analytics management. It has been extremely useful for us to utilize her knowledge of how call recording affects our survey results. Her guidance on when and why to use certain technologies has helped us immensely. If we ever decide to expand our service offering, she would definitely be a person we'd want to talk to about expansion.
