This small iron is ideal for sewing and quilting. The main downside is that the water fill window is smoky in color and has black lettering, making it almost impossible to see the water or line. It's disappointing, but not enough to bring it back. I took off a star because I didn't see the water level well, not the color. Oh, and I love the iron gate that comes with it. Very convenient.
