Review on Attracta Review Software by Matthew Mrspeach
Great for managing your customer feedback
I like that Attracta is able to work with my existing website and not have to build a whole new system. I also like how it is customizable to fit my needs. The only thing I dislike is that it is a bit expensive and the support is not always the best. I have been able to use Attracta to manage my online reviews. It is great that I can see where my reviews are and who is posting them. I like that I can also create a profile and link my social media accounts to this so that it is easier to share my reviews and comments with my followers.
Pros
- Easy for me as an admin, easy access from mobile devices.Great customer service when needed! Great way organize our feedback process in one place without having too many tabs open at once or trying multiple sites/programs just because we need something more specific than what comes built into other software platforms such attrapta offers
