The wide array of features it allows you to configure with ease is great but I also appreciate that they have an excellent customer support team available at any time should you need assistance setting up your solution. It took me quite some effort to get it set up correctly as we were not able to use our own router/firewall or existing VLAN infrastructure - this was provided by another vendor which meant there was no way of configuring security options such as IPSec VPN etc. We needed to be able to connect multiple sites together allowing us to provide secure access from one site to another via different authentication methods. This allowed us to do this without having to deploy additional hardware / software into each office location.
