This thermometer cannot be calibrated
I bought some of these for my kitchen workers to use while they work. We're constantly checking the temperature as the meat comes out of the oven and I wanted everyone to have their own. I tried calibrating one of them and when I checked again it didn't show the correct temperature. I tried 2 other others I bought and they were all the same. I regret that I chose to buy so many at once rather than try one to see if it works properly. I didn't immediately reclaim them because we didn't try them until recently. I just assumed they would work.
- Withstands heat and water: the probe extends up to 10.5 inches to keep your hands warm. Designed with an IP67 waterproof housing and a durable body that won't shatter when exposed to running water or accidentally dropped. Note. DO NOT soak or immerse the thermometer in water for a long time. Not suitable for dishwashers.
