I recently purchased this sweater and found it was too small fitting for me. I normally wear a small but felt it was too tight and short in the arms and normally like my sweatshirts a little easier for me to wear other clothing underneath. I contacted the seller and they were able to work with me by sending me a large. They did not cause any issues with me and made my experience a successful one ! :)
