exactly what I'd expect in this price range

This rack was exactly what you'd expect in the $20-$50 price range. The bottom racks are fairly sturdy & the top sways a little bit, if that bothers you get one with two bars at the top as that's only way to prevent this. It's exactly what I needed for my tiny garage converted into a bedroom. Fits perfect in this space. Perfect for t-shirts and light clothing. Do NOT suggest this if you're trying to store heavy coats. It stands at eye level for me and I can stand on the bottom bars without them budging.
