Service level was very good from start to finish - I had an issue with my shipment that required some finessing but it worked out well.

Customer service could have been better as they did not seem interested at first after we received feedback about our initial issues. Make sure you get all details down prior so there are no surprises later! We needed help getting shipments cleared through customs quickly & efficiently without overpaying fees. They were able to do this by working directly w/customers who also use their shipping line (they're called "partners" here).
