Review on Clear/Silver TransDeco CD/DVD Rack, Model 792-552 by Mohmed Burt

I rate the product 5 stars. The instructions were a little vague, but once you start the build process everything becomes clear. It looks good in the "media room" created for this device. I give zero stars for quality control. Each of the three panes of glass should have 20 holes drilled - 2 for legs and 18 for shelves. My original order arrived and two plates had nineteen holes and one had eighteen holes. We were nearing the end of the initial build process before we realized there was a problem. I give customer service five stars. I emailed them following the instructions provided and received an immediate response.
