Please note this is 1.2 volt -AA batteries are not 1.5 volts. Ask yourself why Walmart and Family Dollar do NOT sell rechargeable batteries. I bought 4 non-rechargeable batteries from Family Dollar for $1. That's a cost of 0.25 cents per battery. I bought 16 Energizer rechargeable batteries from Revainsmile.com for about $40. It costs $2.50 per battery. Once fully charged, Energizer batteries will need to be recharged in my battery powered strobe lights after less than 3 hours of use. If they detect movement a few seconds later, I don't have to charge them for weeks. The Family Dollar's 0.25-cent non-rechargeable batteries still work with the strobe light, which runs 24/7 for over 80 hours. For $40 I could buy 160 non-rechargeable batteries and run 1 flash 24/7 for at least 52 weeks I reckon.
