Can't use them with timer
Great color lights but don't buy them if you plan to use them with a timer. They have multiple settings (flashing, flickering, etc.). When the timer turns them on, they will return to the first flashing setting. It's annoying and I take them off to replace with lightbulbs over which I have better control. Also, they have their own adapter so you can't connect them to other regular lights, just a different circuit from themselves.
