Review on S.M.A.R.T Laundry Management Software by Patrick Nepal

I like that it has a robust user friendly interface, allowing me access from any device/computer with an internet connection! If you're looking for something of quality - this is definitely one worth considering especially at such competitive prices. The only thing i don't particularly enjoy about SmartLaundromate are their customer service team as they tend not to be very responsive when you have issues or questions which can sometimes take days if ever before getting some feedback back (which could mean hours spent waiting). They do offer refunds however but unfortunately we didn't receive our refund until over 3 weeks after receiving notification so there's no guarantee what-so-ever how long this may extend by!! Great product though. It offers great features including automated inventory management along side detailed reporting giving us all the information needed in order run our businesses efficiently. The ease of use, ability for customers/clients access from anywhere in world at any time is amazing! I can't think about anything that could be improved upon with this software as it has everything you need (and then some) right out-of -the box! No more paper records or manual entry errors!! Everything just works seamlessly together so there's no guess work involved when entering data into our system!!
