The zipper in the trunk is broken
Bought about a year ago, drove about 700 miles twice with our Subaru Forester. Unfortunately, the zipper broke while packing for the weekend hike. So we couldn't use it. Not sure about the warranty but I was really hoping it would last more than 2 times.
