I bought 2 of these. One works better than the other, but neither works perfectly. Dispenser: The dispenser doesn't always know when my hand is under it, so I wave my hand and nothing happens. Soap doesn't dispense every time, but you can hear the pump working. When dosed, it never dispenses the same amount. Sometimes it's a fall, sometimes it just works. Sometimes soap shoots to the side. I wipe it regularly to see if it's clogged but there doesn't seem to be anything inside and it doesn't matter. Brush: Terrible. Leaks just hanging on a hanger. When you use it and squeeze (gently) to release the soap, a large amount of it comes out. The bristles are soft. So soft that they can't clean the plate/pan because they just slide over it.
