I like that the system integrates with Salesforce and other CRM databases.It can run in an on-premise or cloud environment. It has a cost and the cloud offering is much cheaper.It is quite complex and there is a lot of steps and the system can take a while to load. If you have a need for integration and are looking for something which will run in the cloud then this is an excellent tool. It will do the job that needs to be done. We are solving a CRM data synchronization with Salesforce. The system can be integrated with any data entry system that you are using. The best part was that it is simple to use, easy to integrate with other systems and also very flexible in terms of customization. I have not found any downsides so far. It's good but there are better products out there which can be more cost-effective than this one. We used this product at my previous place of work as well where we were solving business problems by integrating different applications and data sources such as ERP (SAP) or CRM (Salesforce).
