Missing screws will result in product loss.

The product does not come with everything needed for easy installation. There are no 4 screws to attach the bracket to the cooling unit. I wanted to turn on the cooler before the game came out in a few days so I went to the hardware store to try and find a working screw. There aren't any, after all, so I bought pointed screws to drill the existing screw holes. In a small town I don't have much of a choice and the screws I got are weak product junk. I didn't even have to apply any torque and the tip broke in the hole. Now the whole product is broken and to fix it I would have to drill out the tip and destroy the block. Now I need to find a new cooler from a company that can actually help cool my CPU from my previous CPU's 60-90 degrees instead of my stock one, as AMD's new stock cooler won't help any motherboard that doesn't have a mount. Cooler. I suspect my PC is overheating due to a new VR game I'm about to play. Update: They are giving me a 90% discount on a new device that will hopefully solve my problem. I accepted it and thanks to their communication and their active attempts to help me, I increased my rating for them. If I still have problems, at least I know that they will help me solve them, which is very important for my book.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • The list will be long.
