Review on LEGO Star Wars Building Construction by Carl Lipschultz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great overpriced figure set

This set is based on the final season of The Clone Wars. Appropriately, it includes Ahsoka, an Ahsoka clone, and two battle droids. Getting ATT out of the way as I think the draw in this set is the minifigures I think the build was fine, it's very small so it will take around 30 minutes to build and when you are done you will have a nice toy. . Although the Canon is oversized and the ATT itself is smaller than previous versions, I'm sure children and younger collectors will enjoy playing with it. For me it's 6.5 out of 10 points. Minifigures: Ahsoka: A must-have figure if you're a Clone Wars fan. The metallic prints on the chest and legs are perfectly crisp, as are the prints on both faces. My only complaint is that the tails of her head are too long, and that's because they're reusing the same Rebel Ahsoka sculpt, which is quite disappointing considering it could have been a very special character. 9/10Ahsoka Clone: I have no complaints about this little guy. Perfect fit through and through. They finally got rid of the evil clone face and it looks like we'll have other faces now. Like the Ahsoka character, you will definitely need her in your collection as this helmet appears in the very last image of The Clone Wars. Maybe they could add a handprint to make it even better? 10/10 Battle Droids: You get two of these. Actually there is nothing special or new about them, I even forgot to take a picture of them, oops. They've always used the same shape for them, and that's because they look really good. 8/10 Overall a good set, a bit overpriced considering the number of pieces. They could use a new head and tail shape and maybe add another clone or maybe Captain Rex. I would definitely recommend it, but don't pay the $40 retail price, it's just ridiculous. PS: Sorry for the bad quality of the photos, I took them from my phone.
