Replacement for the SurfacePro 3 and the UAG case I had for it (because Microsoft moved the volume rocker). I've been using MAXCase for about 3 weeks and I'm not thrilled. Will it protect my computer? Of course, it looks like he's going to succeed. However, there are some design issues that I struggle with. #1 - There are hefty rubber bumpers on all 4 corners of the case which I feel are necessary to protect the device. However, the bumper in the lower-right corner is so bulky that my power cord doesn't sit as securely in the gap as I'd like. Not every time, but often enough that I find myself setting my computer up and plugging in the power cord, only to have the connection drop out intermittently. I adjusted the housing but it seems to be pressing directly on the cable when pulled off the connector making the connection unstable. I've learned to work around this by turning the plug upside down, but it's still annoying. #2 - The bumper on the opposite corner has a hole to access the headphone jack. I know nobody uses wired headphones anymore, right? Well I have a really good pair that I would like to keep using. Except that they have an L-shaped plug and the bumper doesn't let me fully insert the plug into the socket. Rubber lip on the upper edge of the case. While this keeps the keyboard closed, I find that letting go of the keyboard isn't as easy as it should be. Small issue but looking at some of the other case designs on the web I think there are better options. #4 - The SD card is only accessible when the case is removed. I don't change my cards very often, but when I have to, it's tedious. Again, none of these issues are serious, but there are enough other options that I'm considering going back to Revain and trying another case.
