I really enjoy how easy it is to create new agreements. The fact that I can create new agreements on the go and add them to my dashboard is awesome. The fact that they have an app that you can use to add new agreements to your dashboard is also really convenient. I dislike how hard it is to get ahold of someone in customer service. I don't understand why I can't just message them and get ahold of someone.
