The support provided by our Account Manager was exceptional! She went above & beyond to ensure we were comfortable using all aspects/features within touch worldwide's product line for many different industries during my first year as an agency owner in Florida (USA). I wish there had been more training opportunities offered at this time due from switching over several clients across multiple states - but overall it worked out well once they got their sea legs under them!! Their focus is always client service which makes me feel confident about working closely wtih such great people every day!
