This product is very cute and packed in a stylish box. But most importantly, it works well and is easy to use. I've only used it once but was very satisfied. This is my first waxing experience. I did some research on other products and most of the reviews complained that the wax was too thick and had a strong smell. This wax has none of that, it comes off the heater easily and dries quickly. It comes with cuffs that protect the edge of the heating pad. I managed to heal my armpits with body beans and it got rid of all the hair. Obviously there is some pain, but much less than I expected. I'll see how it works on my legs and arms as my hair grows back. Overall, I'm happy with the results so far.
