I bought three of these to replace broken maple syrup dispensers at my restaurant and they are better in every way.1. The lids and handles are made of high quality plastic and appear to be very durable. Don't worry about the handle breaking off as it's made of cheap, brittle plastic.2. GlassSuper tough glass. Because of their teardrop shape, they have a heavy bottom, making them very difficult to tip over.3. Capacity These things are HUGE. My restaurant mainly serves waffles, so we use a lot of maple syrup. It's great to have bottles of such capacity. Even on our busiest days, we only need to charge them a few times.4. The spout on them opens and closes automatically, depending on the angle at which it is located. It's a really smart design that ensures the contents of your bottle aren't exposed to the open air. Since we're using really thick syrup, it pours fairly slowly; perfect for sprinkling our waffles. To keep the spout from clogging, we simply rinse the lid with hot water every time you fill it. Easy! All in all I would definitely recommend them. If they ever break, I'll buy the same bottles.
