I read some comments on a Facebook post about how some stained glass artists liked the Kwik crimp tool. I ordered it to try, I'm always looking for tools to help me with my stained glass. However, I was disappointed with this remedy. I've read the instructions to make sure I'm using it correctly. I've found that the tool only buffs the edge of the glass, not the tops, and I couldn't get it to easily go over the edges of the glass without removing the tool from the glass and going around a corner (I think I would have to sand the edges completely until the tool went around the corner) and then put the tool back on. After removing the glass I still had to polish the top edges, so what really? What's the point of using this tool only for edge polishing? I plan to return both instruments I ordered as I bought two to give one to a friend.
