I've been using Total Soy for almost 3 years now but I've only had vanilla (hell!) and chocolate before. They're ideal for those who are lactose intolerant or need to stock something non-perishable for a quick snack at the office. My staple back then was chocolate (buy a big pack at Sam's Club) but I could never find strawberries. This is a great product and I recommend mixing it with water (so only 150 calories) rather than milk. I use as a breakfast substitute EVERY day of the week and at least 1 day off. The taste is excellent. It is highly recommended to buy a shaker bottle (pretty cheap) for smoother mixing. Add a few ice cubes, Total Soy powder and water, then shake off. It's reminiscent of a strawberry ice cream smoothie and quite tasty. Highly recommended!
