It's not very tightly packed so doesn't have much more bedding than another brand we've used which is stupidly expensive. You all probably know who I mean. I bought it hoping to find a better deal with the same results because paying $25 or $30 for a ream of paper is really dumb. But it let me down, so I had to resort to expensive linens for now. This bedding doesn't protect against odor like other brands and doesn't keep the cage clean as long so you end up using more than another brand. Since I needed more of it because it was loosely packed because I had to change cages more often, it really didn't help at all. It ended up costing the same or maybe more (I don't have enough motivation to find out) and the cage smelled like urine the whole time. So I will continue to use another brand at a ridiculous price until I find a real solution. Hey, if anyone has a better solution I'd love to hear it.
