I was impressed by all the positive reviews and bought this product It turned out to be defective and the left earpiece was dead. Training is a problem . I contacted customer support via email (no phone number provided) as per their instructions and no response after a week. I have returned the product. The company contacted me after I returned the product and wanted me to try their product again. They sent me a new pair of headphones that work great. I have to say I was impressed that the company put all the time and money into making the customer happy. Too bad more companies aren't as caring as this one. I'm very satisfied with this product.
