Like many people in households of a certain age, we've had enough water leaks to ruin a shelf under the kitchen sink. I've since renovated it and with the addition of this little gem I feel tremendous peace of mind knowing that all future drops will be included. If your sink is similar to the one shown in the listing, installation should be easy. However, our sink has a wooden post in the middle and not a single wide opening, and we have a waste chute and other things that hang down, so installation was a little tricky. But it's just flexible enough to be rolled and twisted and sort of worked under everything, then eventually lays out nice and evenly. If you have a shelf under your sink, get this product. It should be standard in every kitchen.
