I bought two watches, one for me and one for my wife, they sent the wrong color at the first contact, they changed it without any problems. Two days later my wife stops connecting to her phone and only flashes at 10am, also replaced the clock, we used it every day for about three months, mine has moisture in it now and it has stopped working , I made sure she didn't get it wet, u We had a bit of rain yesterday and I was working in it and this morning there was condensation inside. My wife's watch broke the strap after about a month, she can put the strap back on and it stays on while he wears it, but if it gets caught on something the strap will come off again. Overall this is a cheap fitness tracker watch and I wouldn't say you get what you pay for if it lasted 8-12 months. I would say it was worth it, but three months is a disappointment.
