I have been driving every day for more than 4 years. Never fell off, screws never fell out (probably because I tightened them before installing), sometimes slips in temperatures above 50*F (then I tighten the quick release clamp) perfectly formed! I even like that I can tilt it slightly on the fly (depending on how far I've tightened the Q/C) to squeeze some air under my half helmet when it's 110*f outside. After reading other reviews I realized that most people are stupid for not TIGHTENING all the screws during installation! The only reason I'm back here now is because I just ran into this 'stupid' crowd that was mixing my vinegar screen cleaner with isopropyl alcohol spray and went crazy over mine and needed a new one which I could do without hesitating since ordering the product now costs less money than my original purchase AND works perfectly!
