CO2 HCHO and TVOC always read 0

It seems that the only working (and not very accurate) readouts are temperature and humidity. I've tried charging it and leaving it plugged in for more than 24 hours but the reading still shows 0. I tested it in a high CO2/pollution environment and the reading was 0 the whole time. We'll be back.
