Review on 🐾 Aluminum Pet Ramp - Prairie View Industries, 15" x 39 by Tabitha Anderson

I ordered a ramp for my German Shepherd Shaci when she was diagnosed with arthritis in her left elbow on January 6th. Her condition was deteriorating rapidly and we rushed her to an emergency veterinary clinic within 24 hours. At that point, she was paralyzed in all four legs. She was diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy. Shaqi was euthanized on January 7, 2016. She has been my faithful and devoted companion since I adopted her 6 years ago. The ramp was to be used so she could continue her daily commute with me to and from my office. I received the ramp on January 12th and contacted Discount Ramps for a refund. Judy from Discount Ramps customer service was very helpful and accommodating. I was very happy with their customer service and return policy, but we never got a chance to use the ramp.
