The upper arm/strut is loose causing the bike to spin back and forth on the stand making my bike very frustrating to work with, especially when there are UNTESTED options that don't have this basic, easy to fix bug . Otherwise it seems really well made, which makes no sense. WHY SAVE WITH A CHEAP CLAMP? WHY DOES THE ENGINEER ROCK THIS RACK IN A CLAMP?. Now I have to take it apart, put it back in the box, take it to the UPS store (if they are in addition to such a large package), ship it back. Wait for a refund, then buy a stand that doesn't wobble. WHAT DID PARKTOOLS THINK?
